EPJ D Special Issue: Advances in Plasma Chemistry

Submissions are invited for a Special Issue of EPJD dedicated to advances in plasma chemistry. The core content of this Special Issue will be based on the papers presented at the 7th Central European Symposium on Plasma Chemistry (CESPC-7), Sv. Martin na Muri, Croatia, from September 3rd to September7th, 2017. The CESPC conference was initiated 11 years ago and is supported by the Central European Initiative (CEI) and attended by scientists from all over the world.

The scope of this issue extends on major areas of fundamental studies and applications of plasma, and includes: fundamentals, modelling and diagnostics, new materials, energy technologies, environmental protection, bio- and medical-plasma technologies, surface processes, food and agriculture plasma technologies and related topics.

The submission is open to everyone working in the field. We invite contributors to communicate their intention to submit manuscripts for this Special Issue to the Guest Editors as soon as possible. Please provide the tentative title of the paper and a short abstract. The full manuscripts should be submitted before the deadline directly to the EPJD Editorial Office at https://articlestatus.edpsciences.org/is/epjd/.

Deadline for submission: September 1st, 2017.

Submissions should be clearly identified as intended for the Special Issue "Advances in Plasma Chemistry". Papers will be published continuously and will appear (as soon as accepted) on the journal website. The electronic version of the Special Issue will contain all accepted papers in the order of publication. All submitted papers will be refereed according to the usual high standards of the journal.
